Hello there Beloved,
If you’re feeling a tad frazzled and your head is spinning, you’ll want to check out How a Weekly Planning Routine Can Improve Your Life. After all, if you’re interested in…
- Actually planning your days around your priorities (not pop-up demands)
- Heading off overbooking-hangry-harried moments
- Feeling less stressed and more pumped about your week
… then this little practice may be just what you need.
And since you’re a Coffee Chats and Yoga Mats tribe member who’s aalll about living life as God’s beloved, let’s embrace that crazy awesome personality of yours as you prep for the days ahead.
Leverage your personality for your best week yet!*
👉 Idealist (iNtuition Feeling) – Honor your boundaries, especially in relationships. Revisit them when you plan your weeks as a gentle reminder of how you’ll take care of yourself so you can better connect with others.
👉 Rational (iNtuition Thinking) – Celebrate your wins, especially when reflecting on the week. It’s easy to criticize all that you didn’t achieve in the way you wanted to, but it’s important to recognize your victories – either planned or otherwise.
👉 Guardian (Sensing Judging) – Streamline your routines and schedules. You’re skilled at juggling many responsibilities. What’s one routine that could be modified to better serve you? What would need to change to make that happen?
👉Artisan (Sensing Perceiving) – Move while planning. Rather than sitting down for a long focused planning session, set a timer and stand as you do it. Or walk. This time doesn’t have to be long in order to be effective
Live intentionally with passion and purpose as God’s beloved!

I’m Cortney, a recovering over-achiever and God’s beloved who loves helping fellow Christian women like you embrace your God-given gifts so you have the confidence to live authentically.
I’m also a full-time mama to two sweet little boys, wife to my best friend, motivational speaker, and part-time Christian life coach. Chai lattes, strong coffee, podcasts, yoga, dance, and fairy tales nourish my soul and add sweetness to life.
Discovering the joy of embracing my God-given gifts and who He created me to be was a game-changer—a journey that brought freedom, unexpected delights, and relief from guilt. Finally, I felt free to be myself and ditch the pressure of being someone I wasn’t.
Incorporating those gifts into my day—from weekly planning to deciding on commitments, nurturing my marriage, and parenting—transformed everything. Now, I can’t imagine life without the perspective of fully embracing who God created me to be. I was missing so much without it!
