Sip your coffee, open your calendar and…

Sharing is caring!

“No freaking way.”

Your eyebrows shoot up toward your hairline, your shoulders slump and you groan loudly.

… all from looking at your monster of a calendar and mile-long to-do list.

How the heck can you keep up with everything on your plate?

If you’ve ever had this kind of experience, or did yesterday because Monday, this handy little planning method could be just what you need.

Weekly planning – A simple phrase that can help release some of the tension in your stressed-out shoulders and overworked planner.

Basically, you sit down once a week to sketch out your calendar, priorities, tasks, and fun (don’t forget this!) for the week.

To get started…

1️⃣ Hop on over to the blog to learn how to do it and get your gameplan: coffeechatsandyogamats.com/weekly-planning
2️⃣ Grab your planning essentials and a favorite beverage if you want (I vote for a dirty chai latte)
3️⃣ Take a deep breath, set a timer, and begin.

Alright, you got this. Now go plan 😉

Live intentionally with passion and purpose as God’s beloved!
