Speaking

Cortney Loui is an dynamic and compassionate motivational speaker and Christian life coach for everyday women navigating day-to-day challenges. She helps over-acheiving and hard-on-themselves Christian women confidently embrace who God created them to be by equipping them with insight into their God-gifted capacities and callings so that they implement practical strategies and mindset shifts that empowers them to live with more purpose, passion, and peace.

As the CEO of Coffee Chats and Yoga Mats, Cortney is dedicated to helping Christian women live purposefully and authentically in alignment with their faith and real life circumstances. Like yoga, creating an intentional, passionate, and purposeful life is a practice – not a destination you arrive at.

When Cortney speaks, audiences feel seen, heard, and valued. They get the boost they need to get to know themselves more deeply and start making changes immediately.

She has over 15 years of expertise in personal development, group and 1:1 coaching, coordinating programs for 150+ high-achieving individuals and teams, teaching Yoga and Pilates, and the nitty gritty details in ministry and university settings. Through this time, she has evolved from an over-achieving hard-on-herself leader to a significantly more self-compassionate, peaceful big-dreaming Christian life coach and stay-at-home mother. As a result, her work and investment in others’ growth has impacted 100s of university students, members of Tribe Beloved (the Coffee Chats and Yoga Mats community), and coaching clients through her writing, videos, podcasting, and yoga classes.

A few topics that Cortney loves to explore with fellow Christians are:

  • Clearing out the mental clutter – digging into how they see themselves, identifying unhealthy labels, and rewiring their brain for what’s true (and helpful).
  • Embracing their personality and how to be more intentional with what gets their time and energy.
  • How to focus on what matters most to them (think goals, assessing what’s working/not working for them, etc.).
  • How to implement strategies that can help them fill their cup and still get stuff done.

At the end of our time together, Cortney tries to ensure that others walk away with encouragement and practical steps to put the ideas we’ve discussed into action.
