You + Happy Yoga + Self-Reflection = Awesome
Hello Beloved,
Ready for a little fun that’s good for your soul and your body?
Because we’re going there in the Pep Talk: Healthy Happy Movement + Self-Reflection.
Sometimes “taking time to reflect” seems pretty unrealistic for a busy gal who’s simply trying to get to meetings on time, on call for #allthethings, and has a tendency to forget to eat lunch.
But – you don’t have to wake up at 5 am, drink lemon water, and gaze at the sunrise in order to “really pause and think.”
It’s not that complicated.
That being said, this yoga pep talk will help you:
- Literally take some deep breaths to slow down – even for just a few minutes
- Strengthen your core with some gentle Pilates roll-ups
- Release overall body tension
- Strengthen and lengthen your arm and leg muscles
- … and more!
I’m also sharing:
- A really simple practice my family’s been using to focus on God’s word together
- Easy-to-remember (and legitimately fun) topics to whip out when you’re like “Where do I even start?!”
- An insanely simple brainstorming method to proactively address nagging problems
Put on some stretchy pants and hop on over to check out your Pep Talk: Healthy Happy Movement + Self-Reflection.

I’m Cortney, a recovering over-achiever and God’s beloved who loves helping fellow Christian women like you embrace your God-given gifts so you have the confidence to live authentically.
I’m also a full-time mama to two sweet little boys, wife to my best friend, motivational speaker, and part-time Christian life coach. Chai lattes, strong coffee, podcasts, yoga, dance, and fairy tales nourish my soul and add sweetness to life.
Discovering the joy of embracing my God-given gifts and who He created me to be was a game-changer—a journey that brought freedom, unexpected delights, and relief from guilt. Finally, I felt free to be myself and ditch the pressure of being someone I wasn’t.
Incorporating those gifts into my day—from weekly planning to deciding on commitments, nurturing my marriage, and parenting—transformed everything. Now, I can’t imagine life without the perspective of fully embracing who God created me to be. I was missing so much without it!
