Let’s talk about you. What impact are you making?
Hey there impossibly wonderful beloved!
Since you’re in the Coffee Chats and Yoga Mats tribe, Reader, I know this about you:
- You want to live a life of purpose, passion and intentionality!
- You know that you’re God’s beloved, but LIVING BELOVED can be oh-so-hard at times with day-to-day stressors, uncertain surprises, and ALL THE VOICES from so many sources about who you are and who you ought to be.
- You want your life to matter. You want to make an impact that only YOU can make.
- You like living a life of action – on and off the yoga mat. Let’s move this wonderfully made body that God gave you! (Even if you sometimes would rather trade it in for a different model…)
So my sweet, sensational friend, I’m curious…
What kind of legacy are you creating?
If someone could peek into your future and see the impact you left behind, what do you think they would see?
Perhaps, more importantly, what kind of story would you want your life, your influence, your impact, to tell?
That of course, leads into the next super important question:
What changes do you need to make to create the legacy you long to leave?
These questions can be big and scary, huh?
But, what if – rather than immediately throwing these questions in the trash- you take 2 minutes and think about them. And taking a tiny step in the direction you want to go?
Would those 2 minutes be worth it? I hope so.
You’ve got answers to the two questions (What’s my legacy? What do I need to change?) and really, really want to share it with someone?
Hit reply. I’d love to support and celebrate your ever-evolving legacy!

I’m Cortney, a recovering over-achiever and God’s beloved who loves helping fellow Christian women like you embrace your God-given gifts so you have the confidence to live authentically.
I’m also a full-time mama to two sweet little boys, wife to my best friend, motivational speaker, and part-time Christian life coach. Chai lattes, strong coffee, podcasts, yoga, dance, and fairy tales nourish my soul and add sweetness to life.
Discovering the joy of embracing my God-given gifts and who He created me to be was a game-changer—a journey that brought freedom, unexpected delights, and relief from guilt. Finally, I felt free to be myself and ditch the pressure of being someone I wasn’t.
Incorporating those gifts into my day—from weekly planning to deciding on commitments, nurturing my marriage, and parenting—transformed everything. Now, I can’t imagine life without the perspective of fully embracing who God created me to be. I was missing so much without it!
