Ever found yourself running in circles? Let’s stop that…

Hello beloved!

In grad school, I decided to train for a marathon, mostly because I wanted to be a person who completed marathons.

On one particularly beautiful weekend, I went for a long jog around the town.

Several miles and two hours later, I realized that jogging was NOT my jam.

I spent the entire time repeating the same thought – over and over again. My thoughts were running in circles!

Eventually, I realized I needed to shift gears!

This was ridiculous! I needed to take positive proactive action. And I needed to do it NOW.

… which brings me to YOU, Reader, and how you can stop running in circles (more metaphorically than literally…).

How many times have you found yourself spinning your wheels in what seems like an impossible situation?

You might have…

  • Too much on your plate to juggle.
  • Chaos – relationships, work, family life… something has gone beserk and you just don’t know what to do about it.

From my own experience, this is when positive proactive action comes in.

In a nutshell, positive proactive action all about taking positive proactive steps toward addressing things that are bugging you.
