Begin fighting back against overwhelm and busy brain: Tip 1

Beloved,

Your first tip for combatting overwhelm and busy brain by taking positive proactive action* is to…

Pray about it.

… obvious, right?

But… do you do it?

When you’re on a thought loop or raging about that issue, do you pray first?

If God created the universe, he can certainly handle your problem.

(I forget this, too!)

So, sweet friend, let’s develop that prayer muscle of turning to Him when we’re turned inside out.

Heck, pray right now!

Here’s a simple prayer to get you going:

God, I want to learn to turn to You and trust You in all things, including this situation. Holy Spirit, please nudge me to turn to You and trust You when I’m trying to do it on my own. You’re everything I need.

After all, Reader, you’re God’s beloved. He loves hearing from you!

I’ll be back next time with another quick tip for taking positive proactive action. In the meantime, do you have a go-to prayer for clearing your head? Hit reply I’d love to hear it!

Beloved, live intentionally with passion and purpose as God’s beloved!
