Hi there beloved Reader!
I gotta confess: I was so stoked to write to you more about the idea of how you can thrive by taking positive proactive action, but thenā¦ our Internet went out for days.
Add in some sickness, long work days for the hubs, plumbing problems, skipped little boy naps, and less quality time for my family ā itās been a rough season.
Honestly?
Itās been a constant reminder of why Coffee Chats and Yoga Mats is all about encouraging each other to live intentionally with passion and purpose as Godās beloved.
Like you, I need daily reminders that I can live intentionally with passion and purpose ā if I remember WHO I am and WHOSE I am.
Because that changes EVERYTHING.
If youāve chosen to live life with Christ, your mistakes no longer define you. Rather, He defines you (Youāre His beloved child!) and refines you.
Does that mean youāll never deal with the consequences of sin? Mistakes?
Of course not.
Rather, you can let go of (as many times as you need to!) the labels: Failure, Loser, Too Much, Not Enoughā¦ and whatever totally FALSE stickers youāve been carrying around.
You are beloved. That is enough. He is enough.
Hereās āYou are Moreā by Tenth Avenue North ā enjoy!
What labels do you need to let go of? Hit reply ā Iād be honored to pray for you!
Reader, live intentionally with passion and purpose as Godās beloved!

P.S. Iāll be in touch (for real!) with some quick tips for how to combat overthinking and imposter syndrome. Stay tuned!
Iām Cortney, a recovering over-achiever and Godās beloved who loves helping fellow Christian women like you embrace your God-given gifts so you have the confidence to live authentically.
Iām also a full-time mama to two sweet little boys, wife to my best friend, motivational speaker, and part-time Christian life coach. Chai lattes, strong coffee, podcasts, yoga, dance, and fairy tales nourish my soul and add sweetness to life.
Discovering the joy of embracing my God-given gifts and who He created me to be was a game-changerāa journey that brought freedom, unexpected delights, and relief from guilt. Finally, I felt free to be myself and ditch the pressure of being someone I wasnāt.
Incorporating those gifts into my dayāfrom weekly planning to deciding on commitments, nurturing my marriage, and parentingātransformed everything. Now, I canāt imagine life without the perspective of fully embracing who God created me to be. I was missing so much without it!
