Hi there beloved Reader!

I gotta confess: I was so stoked to write to you more about the idea of how you can thrive by taking positive proactive action, but thenā€¦ our Internet went out for days.

Add in some sickness, long work days for the hubs, plumbing problems, skipped little boy naps, and less quality time for my family ā€“ itā€™s been a rough season.

Honestly?

Itā€™s been a constant reminder of why Coffee Chats and Yoga Mats is all about encouraging each other to live intentionally with passion and purpose as Godā€™s beloved.

Like you, I need daily reminders that I can live intentionally with passion and purpose ā€“ if I remember WHO I am and WHOSE I am.

Because that changes EVERYTHING.

If youā€™ve chosen to live life with Christ, your mistakes no longer define you. Rather, He defines you (Youā€™re His beloved child!) and refines you.

Does that mean youā€™ll never deal with the consequences of sin? Mistakes?

Of course not.

Rather, you can let go of (as many times as you need to!) the labels: Failure, Loser, Too Much, Not Enoughā€¦ and whatever totally FALSE stickers youā€™ve been carrying around.

You are beloved. That is enough. He is enough.

Bonus: A little singing encouragementā€¦

Hereā€™s ā€œYou are Moreā€ by Tenth Avenue North ā€“ enjoy!

What labels do you need to let go of? Hit reply ā€“ Iā€™d be honored to pray for you!

Reader, live intentionally with passion and purpose as Godā€™s beloved!

Iā€™m Cortney, a recovering over-achiever and Godā€™s beloved who loves helping fellow Christian women like you embrace your God-given gifts so you have the confidence to live authentically.

Iā€™m also a full-time mama to two sweet little boys, wife to my best friend, motivational speaker, and part-time Christian life coach. Chai lattes, strong coffee, podcasts, yoga, dance, and fairy tales nourish my soul and add sweetness to life.

Discovering the joy of embracing my God-given gifts and who He created me to be was a game-changerā€”a journey that brought freedom, unexpected delights, and relief from guilt. Finally, I felt free to be myself and ditch the pressure of being someone I wasnā€™t.

Incorporating those gifts into my dayā€”from weekly planning to deciding on commitments, nurturing my marriage, and parentingā€”transformed everything. Now, I canā€™t imagine life without the perspective of fully embracing who God created me to be. I was missing so much without it!
