Yay!! Need a reset for the year? Right now? I’ve got you!
Hello beloved!
Welcome to 2022!! Here’s to a year of adventure, memorable moments, growth, and living intentionally with passion and purpose!
If you also get stoked about fresh starts, read on.
If you’re someone who finds the calendar change more annoying than exciting, stick around. You help those like me stay grounded. (Thanks!!)

Of course, nothing truly magical happens when we change the last digit of the year to the next one. After all, it’s just a number, right??
But… that’s the wonderful thing about each new morning – you can start fresh(ish) every day. And… actually, you can start over anytime you want.
You know what, though? God’s mercies for you, Reader, are new every morning. So… you can also start fresh each day, too!
Heck, if you’re currently hunched over your phone reading emails while avoiding the next thing or person demanding your attention, you can reset now, too. (Dude, me too.)
What’s could resetting RIGHT NOW look like?
What about resetting for 2022?
Rome wasn’t built in a day and 2022 won’t be conquered in a day, either.
During the coming weeks, Coffee Chats and Yoga Mats will be digging into what setting your intentions (i.e. your focus) for this new year might look like, including choosing your focus, personality tips for success, practical ideas to stay focused, and a yoga pep talk to get moving (literally).
Stay tuned!
Reader, live intentionally with passion and purpose as God’s beloved!
Cortney

I’m Cortney, a recovering over-achiever and God’s beloved who loves helping fellow Christian women like you embrace your God-given gifts so you have the confidence to live authentically.
I’m also a full-time mama to two sweet little boys, wife to my best friend, motivational speaker, and part-time Christian life coach. Chai lattes, strong coffee, podcasts, yoga, dance, and fairy tales nourish my soul and add sweetness to life.
Discovering the joy of embracing my God-given gifts and who He created me to be was a game-changer—a journey that brought freedom, unexpected delights, and relief from guilt. Finally, I felt free to be myself and ditch the pressure of being someone I wasn’t.
Incorporating those gifts into my day—from weekly planning to deciding on commitments, nurturing my marriage, and parenting—transformed everything. Now, I can’t imagine life without the perspective of fully embracing who God created me to be. I was missing so much without it!
