To the hustlers: Try this little intentional life practice…
Hello beloved!
Let’s cut right to the chase today.
You’ve got big dreams. You’re ready to make a huge impact in your world.
But… you don’t have enough time and energy to do all the things you want. Since you’re hustling from one important thing to the next, it can be hard to even notice the progress you’re making.
Friend, you may not believe it – but you are growing and stretching a bit closer to that crazy awesome intentional life you’ve been dreaming of.
If you feel like you’re often lost in the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life, I challenge you to try out this one little intentional life practice:
Celebrate your wins.
I know – you’ve heard it all before from self growth gurus, but have you tried it?
Take a few minutes each day this week to acknowledge celebrate your wins – no matter how big or small they are. Bonus points if they’re related to how you lived more intentionally!
Perhaps it’s helping a customer through a troubling situation. Maybe you nailed downward dog for a few seconds. Or even it’s just that your remembered to bring a snack – and actually ate it. (The struggle is real.)
All those little wins add up to helping you inch more close to that intentional, passionate and purposeful life you’re dreaming of.
You can find more totally-doable feel-good thought prompts here.
And.. if you’ve got some wins you’d like to share, send it my way! I’d love to cheer for you, too! : )

I’m Cortney, a recovering over-achiever and God’s beloved who loves helping fellow Christian women like you embrace your God-given gifts so you have the confidence to live authentically.
I’m also a full-time mama to two sweet little boys, wife to my best friend, motivational speaker, and part-time Christian life coach. Chai lattes, strong coffee, podcasts, yoga, dance, and fairy tales nourish my soul and add sweetness to life.
Discovering the joy of embracing my God-given gifts and who He created me to be was a game-changer—a journey that brought freedom, unexpected delights, and relief from guilt. Finally, I felt free to be myself and ditch the pressure of being someone I wasn’t.
Incorporating those gifts into my day—from weekly planning to deciding on commitments, nurturing my marriage, and parenting—transformed everything. Now, I can’t imagine life without the perspective of fully embracing who God created me to be. I was missing so much without it!
