A ridiculously “simple” tip to live intentionally
Hey there, Beloved!
Are you ready for my #1 tip to live intentionally (i.e. more thoughtful with what does and doesn’t get your time and energy)?
It’s kind of ridiculously simple… and perhaps annoying if you’ve already heard it before.
Just a fair warning.
Remember Whose you are -> You’re God’s beloved!
Note: We dig into all of this in Your Authentic Intentional Life, a digital course that walks you through these concepts and ideas for putting them into action. You can find the course on my shop.
It’s a pretty big deal, and… it’s so easy to become desensitized to it.
Me too, boo.
For the moment, though, let’s consider what that means.
It means ditching who you’re not.
You’re not your mistakes or a mistake. You’re not a disappointment.
It means embracing who you are and Whose you are.
You are chosen. You are loved. You are “loved by God [insert your name].”
And a pretty darn good way to remember that truth? Focus on His Word, which says who you are. Here’s one of my personal go-to’s:
Remembering Whose you are changes how you see who you are… which leads to this ripple effect on how you spend your time and energy.
It’s not a magical one-and-done solution, but it is key to really thriving.
We can dig more into that another time, but for now, my challenge for you is to simply declare to yourself Whose you are and who you are. You’re God’s beloved!
Live intentionally with passion and purpose as God’s beloved!

I’m also a full-time mama to two sweet little boys, wife to my best friend, motivational speaker, and part-time Christian life coach. Chai lattes, strong coffee, podcasts, yoga, dance, and fairy tales nourish my soul and add sweetness to life.
Discovering the joy of embracing my God-given gifts and who He created me to be was a game-changer—a journey that brought freedom, unexpected delights, and relief from guilt. Finally, I felt free to be myself and ditch the pressure of being someone I wasn’t.
Incorporating those gifts into my day—from weekly planning to deciding on commitments, nurturing my marriage, and parenting—transformed everything. Now, I can’t imagine life without the perspective of fully embracing who God created me to be. I was missing so much without it!
