☕💘Take a 5 second celebration!

Hello Beloved!

Recently we talked about how you’re not a house – you don’t have a deadline to finish growing and improving.

You don’t have an end date for living intentionally with passion and purpose as God’s beloved. It’s a journey.

And, honestly, houses STILL need work – even after people move into them!

Perhaps overhauling your schedule, decluttering your whole house or meal planning for the month is your jam.

If so, that’s AWESOME.

… but don’t underestimate the power of your small, incremental changes. Those shifts often help you make great habits, which help you improve your quality of life. More time and energy for what matters most to you – yay!!

  • Like putting a filled water bottle on your nightstand so you get hydrated in the morning.
  • Or consciously savoring the first few sips of your coffee.
  • Or even putting your phone in a different room for half an hour so you can be present with your people.

To be clear, I’m definitely NOT an expert about this. Heck, this is a big reason Coffee Chats and Yoga Mats exists – to help dreamer-doers like myself grow with grace and less guilt.

But, beloved, I encourage you to do one thing:

Acknowledge the small changes or habits you’re already doing that have been life-giving. Celebrate it. Hug yourself. Fist bump yourself in the mirror, whatever. That’s AWESOME.

This should take about 5-30 seconds.
