You already know God made you on purpose — and you’re using some of your gifts. But deep down, you know there’s more.

You’re not lost. You’re not failing.
You’re just a little misaligned—and deep down, you know it.

You love God.

You’re faithful.

You want to serve and make a difference

But instead, you often end up feeling invisible, unsure, and quietly wondering:

Maybe you come home from church, drop onto the couch, and instead of feeling filled—you just feel deflated, wondering why it’s so easy for others to jump into ministry or callings while you’re still quietly asking:

“Where do I fit in all this?”

Maybe you’re the go-to helper for everyone else’s needs, but can’t name a single thing that feels like your lane.

Or maybe you’ve silenced your own voice for so long, you can’t even tell what’s truly “you” anymore… and what’s just survival mode.

Beloved, it’s not because you’re lazy. Or faithless. Or somehow missing the mark.
It’s because you’re only seeing part of the beautiful, multi-layered way God designed you.

That’s exactly why I created the Discover Your God-Given Gifts coaching experience

  • Saying “yes” out of guilt.
  • Shrinking to fit into everyone else’s expectations,
  • Wondering if you’re doing enough to matter.
  • Speaking up, showing up, and contributing with joy.
  • Setting boundaries that feel like peace, not punishment.
  • Living like the woman God made you to be — secure, steady, and unmistakably you.

How the Discover Your God-Given Gifts coaching experience works:

This coaching experience is offered via Voxer, Zoom, or a mix of both—whichever format best supports your learning style, current season, and the way you process best.

We’ll also consider what works best for my current season, so that our time together feels life-giving and sustainable for both of us.

The goal is simple: to create a coaching experience that’s rich, flexible, and built with care—without overcomplicating things.

It’s like having a personal coach and cheerleader in your pocket, right when you need it.

Here’s how it all unfolds:

Step 1:

You’ll start with a short but powerful assessment (just 20–45 minutes) designed to uncover hidden threads in how God’s uniquely wired you.

Step 2:

Then you’ll pick the week you want to begin. This is your gentle, set-apart space to explore, question, and discover—without pressure or rushing.

Step 3:

During that week, we’ll chat back and forth inside Voxer. You’ll receive encouraging prompts, personal insight, and faith-focused tools to help you see your gifts more clearly than ever before

By the end of your coaching experience, you’ll:

  • Know exactly what your gifts are—and how they naturally show up in your life (even in ways you’ve overlooked).
  • Understand why you’ve felt stuck, second-guessed yourself, or lost sight of who you are—so you can stay true to how God actually made you.
  • Walk away with clear, personalized next steps to honor your design with more joy and less guilt—right where you are.

Investment: $97

What it’s like to work with Cortney

Do you ever feel like you’ll never quite figure out who God created you to be…

Get ready for an exciting adventure

During our 1:1 personalized coaching experience, we’ll move through these interwoven phases:

These phases build on each other and naturally overlap. You’ll revisit discoveries and gain fresh clarity as you grow.

Phase 1: Discover – Uncover the unique way God designed you.

Sometimes we struggle to identify and enjoy our gifts simply because we don’t fully understand ourselves yet — or we’re overcomplicating what those gifts could be.

So we’ll start by using powerful assessment tools and reflective resources to uncover your unique, God-given wiring.

Maybe when you hear your pastor preach on spiritual gifts, you shrink inside — wondering, “Do I even have gifts? How would I know if I’m really using them?”

This step helps you push past the hurdle of uncertainty and start leaning into your gifts daily. As we unlock new, exciting insights and affirm how well you actually know yourself, you’ll see your life with fresh eyes and a renewed peace.

Phase 2: Clear – Replace limiting beliefs with truth and freedom.

Next, we’ll dig into what’s actually stopping you from discovering and embracing your gifts. It’s often tied to how you see yourself and your circumstances.

Maybe you quietly feel guilty for not fully using your gifts yet — or you think you have to wait until there’s “less on your plate” before you can step in.

We’ll use reflection, Scripture, and practical faith-building tools to start gently rewiring those old stories.

By the end, you’ll stand on a stronger foundation — confident in your God-given value, clear on how to filter unhelpful voices about who you “should” be, and anchored in what truly matters most.

Phase 3: Strategize – Align your gifts with your real-life priorities.

To live with authentic confidence, you need more than vague encouragement — you need clarity around your values, priorities, goals, and key relationships. These are the guideposts that shape how you make decisions, solve problems, and connect with others.

Together, we’ll explore a model that highlights your strengths, limitations, opportunities, and threats — so you have a realistic, hope-filled picture of where you are now, and where you want to go.

No more second-guessing or feeling paralyzed by what’s “right.”

With a clear vision and solid understanding of your life, your goals will fuel your confidence and guide you to show up more authentically — without the guilt.

Phase 4: Live it out – Confidently use your gifts in daily life.

Now comes the fun part: putting your new heart and head knowledge to work. We’ll implement life-giving strategies that help you focus on your top priorities — whether that means saying “no” to what drains you, saying “yes” to what fills your cup, or pursuing something that’s been quietly tugging at you.

These are customized, grace-soaked steps that honor your unique strengths and respect your real-life limitations.

We’ll also take time to reflect and tweak along the way, so you can stay grounded even when “life happens.”

By the end, you’ll find yourself embracing and using your God-given gifts in both the small, everyday choices and the big, brave decisions… with more joy, more alignment, and a calm, confident sense of “This is who God made me to be.”

Meet Cortney

Consider me your personal cheerleader who’s all about bringing out the best in you.

Here’s the thing.

You were made for so much more than feeling like you’re falling short in your own life.

You were created to thrive as the one-of-a-kind woman God designed you to be.

I believe with my whole heart that as God’s beloved children, we’ve received the “Spirit of full acceptance,” which frees us from the fear of never being good enough (Romans 8:14-16 TPT).

That means we get to fully step into our identity as God’s workmanship— His masterpiece, handiwork, poem (Ephesians 2:10 TPT), and truly embrace the rich, satisfying life that Jesus offers (John 10:10).

One of my greatest joys is supporting fellow believers in discovering, accepting, and embracing their God-given gifts. Because when you dig deep into who God created you to be…

  • Your relationship with God depeens and influses every part of your life with more passion, purpose, and peace.
  • You see yourself – including the awesome and the frustrating – with compassionate eyes and become more effective with your time and energy.
  • You have so much more capacity to meet others where they are, leading to healthier, more life-giving relationships.

… and life just gets so much more fun, joy-filled, and full of possibilities you might never have seen otherwise.

As your coach, I’m committed to being one of your greatest cheerleaders, creative problem-workers, and dream-supporters.

Sound like the kind of person you need on your team?

If you’re tired of second-guessing the way God made you — this is your next step.

The God-Given Gifts Chat is a focused, 1:1 Voxer conversation where we slow down long enough to name one gift that’s already alive in you.

In this free chat, we’ll:

  • look honestly at what’s been stirring (or stalling) in this season
  • name one God-given strength you may be overlooking
  • identify one simple, life-giving step you can take this week to start using it

This isn’t a sales call.

It’s a real conversation.

You’ll choose a weekday to begin, and we’ll connect inside Voxer over 1–2 days — voice + text, no Zoom, no performing, no being “on.”

You’ll walk away with:

One gift named
✔ One life-giving next step
✔ A clearer sense of what support would serve you best

If something in you knows it’s time to stop circling and start stepping forward, this conversation is for you.

Got questions about Christian life coaching?

It’s all about helping believers pursue their goals, relationships, and daily life in a way that’s deeply aligned with their faith in Jesus.

It’s not trying to change who God made you to be.

It’s not therapy.

It’s not a quick fix, or a one-size-fits-all program.

And it’s definitely not about comparing you to anyone else. It’s about helping you thrive as you.

If you love Jesus, want to understand yourself better, and long to live with more purpose, freedom, and ease — you’re probably ready.

(And if you’re not sure? That’s what the coffee chat is for.)

It’s a free voice and text app — like a walkie-talkie. We’ll message back and forth on your schedule, no live calls needed.
